Important Notes Before You Use This Site

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use lieaddition.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service, Not a Contractor

Lieaddition Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent HVAC providers. It does not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or other equipment. Any work done in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Lieaddition Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given moment. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

General Information

The content here is meant to inform in a broad way. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Homes and systems differ, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices shift with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor involved. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Talk about energy efficiency on this site is general, and we do not promise any level of savings. We do not offer, set up or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm goes off, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Lieaddition Heating & Air may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when it connects them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and current. Still, we do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no mistakes.
